| 内容記述 | What is the relation between brain death and euthanasia？If brain death is anywai a kaind of human death,it has almost nothing to do with euthanasia. But if is not,there is a rather close relationsｈip between the two. For in such cases we can simply ask:should we always continue trying to prolong life in brain-dead patients,or is it permissible to let them die by removing respirators？In the present paper I give a straightforward answer to this naive but iｍportant question on the basis of the preliminary considerations regarding the fundamental issues of the euthanasia debate. | |||||
