1の意識障害も認め、MRA検査で右頸動脈に閉塞所見を認め脳梗塞の診断となった。\n血液検査でIｇG 4219mg/dlと高値を呈しており、血清免疫電気泳道でM蛋白（IgG-k）を認めたため紹介となった。\nCT検査で、頸椎から腰椎にかけて低吸収域を認め、骨髄検査で異型形質細胞を認めた。\n若年性の脳梗塞でもあり、耐糖能や脂質代謝も含めてその他の検査でも明らかな所見なく過粘稠症候群に起因したものと考え、症候性骨髄腫と診断した。\n高用量デキサメサゾン療法、ボルテゾミブ・デキサメサゾン療法後に超大量化学療法併用自家抹消幹細胞移植を施行し、現在very good partial
