Research"}]}]},"item_5_description_33":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"顕性腎症期の糖尿病性腎症13例(A群)と微小変化8例(B群)の腎生検組織を用い、IL-18の発現を免疫組織化学的に検討した。その結果、B群ではIL-18の発現をほとんど認めなかったが、A群では尿細管の細胞質に強度の発現を認めた。IL-18受容体は両群とも尿細管細胞や糸球体のボーマン嚢上皮などに陽性所見を認めた。また、培養細胞による検討では、IL-18 mRNAはヒト近位尿細管上皮細胞では恒常的に発現したが、ヒトメサンギウム細胞では発現しなかった。このIL-18 mRNA発現は、TGF-β刺激時には濃度依存性に増強を認めたが、アンジオテンシンII(AII)刺激では発現増強を認めなかった。TGF-β刺激時の発現亢進はMAPキナーゼ系阻害薬の前処置によって抑制され、MAPK
