Analog Scale(VAS)」「改変型日本語マギル痛み質問表(MPQ)」、月経随伴症状評価として「月経随伴症状日本語版(MDQ)」を使用した。蒸気温熱シートによる腰部加温あるいは下腹部加温は、痛み強度(VAS)とMPQ、MDQにおいて有意な変化(p<0.05)が認められた。また、罨法部位による効果の比較では、VASおよびMPQ、MDQの数値に有意な差が示されず、腰部と下腹部適用に効果差はなく、どちらにおいても有効性の得られることが確認され、若年女性の月経随伴症状に対し有意な症状改善をもたらすことが示された。さらに、蒸気温熱シート適用により皮膚や循環機能への顕著な影響もなく、本温罨法の安全性も示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_36":{"attribute_name":"注記","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"雑誌掲載版
