Gi)のADPリボシル化についても検討した.連翹はβアデニル酸シクラーゼ反応性を増強し,細胞周期に対してはG2 blockをきたした.これはGsを介した作用であることが推定された.又,乾癬に頻用される黄連解毒湯,温清飲,桂枝茯苓丸が有意にDNA合成を抑制,G1
